Just a short note to say how very grateful my family and I are to you for your dedication, professionalism and excellent care shown to my mother Mrs Meena Mohanlall, during her transfer from Delhi Fortis Hospital to Durban South Africa.
When I initially visualised the journey, I was filled with great concern and deep worry, given my mother’s weakened condition. But throughout the journey from Delhi to Durban, I was put at ease when I saw what great care you took of my mother. Not only did you ensure that my mother received all necessary medical attention, but I was most touched by the manner in which you went the extra mile to make sure she was also comfortable, by getting her early to the business lounge etc. and buying her the juices that she enjoyed.
Dr Aslam, you are a true asset to your profession and I wish that the Lord Almighty blesses you to continue with your good work so that many many others may benefit from your service excellence.
My mother has been discharged from the Durban Hospital and is recovering well at home.
