Greetings for the day!!
I must write and share my experience with Saras Air-Ambulance Team.
I came across Saras Air-Ambulance while searching for air-ambulance services on Google.I was assigned a job to find the air-ambulance provider for the purpose of medical evacuation during election in Chattisgarh state,
I was afraid to be connected to the bluffers in the market but after looking the prompt services of Saras air-ambulance i must say that they are one of the best service provider in the country.Especially Dr.Aslam and his team are awesome in terms of patient acare and safe transportation.When i contacted Saras air-ambulance my first point of contact was Dr.Aslam.He made his commitment right to come Raipur on due date and time.
Most remarkable thing about them was after landing at Raipur airport they kept some of the medical equipments in the air-ambulance and lifted rest all items with them to the Hotel.When asked about the same i got a very good response from his Dr.Aslam which explains his service quality – ” We are here for emergency services and we should be ready for any rescue 24*7 from the base location(point of emergency)”.
As the service was used during election in the state so much of the reponsibility was on the shoulder of Dr.Aslam and team of Saras air-ambulance.On 13th November 2013,Saras air-ambulance got one serious case,they acted fast keeping in mind patient care and air lifted the patient safely to Delhi.
Again for the second phase of election we were not having any doubts about the services of Saras air-ambulance and we again contacted the team for service.
Aboveall the service was very good and upto the mark.
